No payment received as promised by Mike

After my 3d Complaint on hello Peter, I got this feedback from Mike.
Still no money paid into my account. I am tired of your empty promisses.
It is 5 months already and this is my 4th Complaint.
I paid my own Torga account, and you stated that my payment is loaded for yesterday...!!!

Please send me the proof of payment.

Im getting tired of phoning constantly and complaining and nothing is happening!!!

This is by far the worst service ever.
