Very poor service, lack of accountability and comm

With reference to the Policy number 1504162.. On 13 December 2013 I paid R783 for the medical aid policy which was due to commence in January 2014. I attached the proof of payment and sent it to Essential Med personnel. They were suppose to send a welcome pack but till today they have not sent it. I made another payment for February on 29 January 2014 but still nothing from them. They sent us from piller to post telling us that they have not received payment and that we must make payment. I don't know whether they are just incompetent or negligent. We have since applied for a reversal at our bank to reverse the EFT transactions (07/02/2014) and hope they will give us our money back because we are fed up with them and we want nothing to do with essential med anymore. They do not even communicate with us yet they are happy to see money coming to their account. If we do not get our money back we will make sure that essential med is exposed of their incompetence. WATCH THE SPACE!!!
