Hi Team,

Thank you so much, besides Hello Peter I would like to know if I could email your Managers as the service with Essential Med is brilliant, I can't find another word to express it. You guys were awesome. If you could forward this to your Managers please, you all work well as a unit and that is very hard to find, I did something that any of you could easily have said well you need to wait 30 days etc but it literally took you guys an hour, I was the one trying to get the proof etc for you to process the request.

SO THANK YOU ALL FOR THE BRILLIANT SERVICE, I HAVE HAD A POLICY HERE ON AND OFF FOR YEARS AND I MUST SAY, EXCEPTIONAL.
