Not happy with the service

I'm am an existing client of essential med for far over a year now. I hardly ever make use of them and when i do... like 2 months ago... I have big problems with claiming from you guys. two months ago i went to Torga optical for new spectacles. We asked Torga if they can claim trough essential med... and there was confirmed that it won't be a problem at all as they worked through essential med on many occasions. Now Torga is having a lot of trouble getting paid by essential med and making it my problem. As a loyal customer, i am not happy with this and if this claim is not sorted out by the end of November, i will consider cancelling my policy as i don't see the need to pay for medical aid and when i need them, they are not able to assist me. I phoned customer care yesterday and was told that my payment did not go through last month... please check your records again, because this is not the case. The payment did go through and i never missed 1 payment before. This nonsense must be sorted out or i will take this matter further.
