NO BANKING SETUP

I used online banking in January 2014 as I have been for the last 4 years. Without warning the message on online banking states 'expired card/illegal card' I have had this card for about a year now. I had to re-register on online banking only to find out that all my beneficiaries have disappeared. Its month end and accounts have to be paid. Surely there is a way of NOT losing the beneficiaries. Where do I get all those details from now?
