When I got my new credit card I asked that the expired one be cancelled and taken off my online profile. I was told it was not possible and some story about account number and being linked etc. But i see when i log in to online banking it shows 2 credit cards and the balances are the same for both and then it doubles the outstanding amount as it sees it as two accounts when one is just an expired card and the new one. I called online banking to get help and was told credit card division had to help so was transfered there. She then told me online banking division had to help and i was transfered back. 16min later. I can see online where i can do it but not sure that will take it off my profile. and then i get told that after it expires it disappears off profile after a few months. Well in a few months i will have a new card then there will be 3 on my profile. Imagine how much i will owe then. And you wonder why i moved my primary banking elsewhere
