FNB Enterprise lost my online banking

I could not log on to my FNB Enterprise Online Banking since June 2013. When I queried it at Brackenfell branch, the system said my company never had online banking. They wanted to recreate my online account but I would loose my beneficiaries. I spend a lot of money for training and user setup. I cannot draw any statements nothing. It is now October 2013 and still no online banking although I STILL GET CHARGED FOR ONLINE BANKING BUT GET NO SERVICE. When I went today to draw my statements for record before closing my account they charging me R1038 for 97 pages. So bottom line,
1. FNB lost my online account = BAD
2. FNB charge me for a service I don't get = BAD
3. FNB charge me R1038 as there is no other way to get a record of my statements to close my account = BAD
I don't know what more to do. All I get is we don't know. Are you sure you had online banking. I have the certificates on my computer. I'm also in IT and when the migrated to the new website this went wrong.
FNB should refund me for taking my money without giving a service and give my statements for free so I can close my account.
