Changing online banking

I used to be able to do online banking by receiving OTP as validation, with the odd occasion of entering any of my linked card numbers. I would then use my credit card number. FNB has changed their system and now expect me to use a specific card number which i don't have nor do I use (i, e my cheque card).

I am as a result unable to do my monthly online transactions and was told that i need to go into the bank to have this sorted out. This is a huge inconvenience to me, especially with the poor service that FNB fourways branch provides.

I have been banking with FNB for over 20 years. I think it's time to switch!

This is really unacceptable!
