I went into the branch (BSE Bellville branch to be exact) for limit increase on my card, which is a transaction that takes less than 3min. There was no-one at the teller and when i asked if i can go do my transaction since there was no-one in the queue, which i fully know that a person can increase a limit there the person on the floor said no. Now my thing is all the consultants were busy with clients already and there people infront of me waiting for the consultants already. The transactions that are performed by the consultants desk take about 20 to 40 min on average.

As a branch you need to be flexible and be able to think on your feet to make sure all clients are served at the quickest possible times. That's were innovation comes in. All the other Capitec branches do things in a very impressive quick way to make sure client service comes 1st, and these are mostly the very busy branches. It's not the 1st time i'm experiencing something of this manner from the BSE Bellville branch.

I didn't want to skip queue or anything I just know that the transaction i wanted to perform can be performed at the teller, as I've done this at other branches. BSE Bellville has the worst service.
