BAD Service

Bad service at FNB branch in Woodlands at 9am on 4 February '13. I was the second person to enter the bank and the first at the teller. I wanted to withdraw cash from my account, an amount larger than my atm limit. I was told that it is not possible as I have no limit to draw money inside the bank, however I manage to do the same transaction in Januarie 2013 at the same branch and there was no problem. I was told by Surie to go to the consultant to change my limit there. Why I don't know because nothing has changed on my account.By now there was a huge queue I had to sit in the queue again, not happy. I was only helped by 9:45am and only left the bank after 10am with no money!!! I could not believe this was possible as I was the second client in the bank and was there for more than an our without any sort of excuse from nobody. I did asked to speak to Surie again but she was apparently to busy to assist me, so I have asked for her to phone me but that has not happened either.
