Where is my CARD!!!

I am a fairly new client to FNB and changed from my other bank of 10 years to this bank, because of poor service. I am utterly disappointed in the poor service I have received from FNB. I reported my card lost and requested that my new card be delivered to FNB Bellville branch. When I received my sms to collect I went to Bellville Civic. I was informed that the card is at the other Bellville branch and the consultant instructed the other branch to transfer the card to Bellville Civic on my request. After no contact received rearding my card, I contacted the Call Centre (ref number RT13032822098) and was informed that branches are in fact not allowed to transfer cards. When I asked her to contact the branch for me to make sure that the card is there so that I dont waste any more time on this matter, she came back saying that the card is in transit and will be available at Bellville Civic in the following week and that I will receive an sms to collect. This morning I received my sms and went to Bellville Civic to which no card was deliv. At this point I am furious. I want the card to be delivered to my work address as I cannot waste anymore energy or time on this ridiculous arrangeme
