Good day, I visited your capitec branch at the phoenix plaza on Saturday the 21st of September 2013. As I was waiting in the queue to see a consultant, I noticed two people in the branch that were hugging and kissing. These two people were walking around behind the consultants and could'nt keep their hands off each other. I didnt know who they were as they did'nt have on Capitec attire however when I arrived at the consultant, I had asked who those people were. I was then informed that the person behaving in that despicable manner was actually a branch manager at another capitec branch. I was appalled that people employed at the bank were behaving in such a rude manner in view of all the clients at the branch. I felt very uncomfortable as I had my little granddaughter with me and she was viewing these two people behaving in this manner. Surely that type of behaviour should be private. I was shocked to hear that this person was actually a manager. What type of people does Capitec Hire for management? If you looking for professionalism Capitec is definitely not the the bank you should be banking with.
