My car was in a accident on Monday the 06 January 2014 i received Good service from the claims department until i saw the pictures taken by the assessor.
Some of the pictures shown in the report is not the true reflection of what the condition of the car was in.
On the report i was quoted for power steering repairs and my car don't even have a power steering.
Clearly no consideration was taken to help the client.
