Very bad service at Northam FNB

I hate going to that branch because every time I have to stand on one long queue whereas we not all there for the same thing. This other time I went there to collect a card and I had to stand on the same queue as the people who were there for loan applications, opening accounts etc. whereas at other branches there are different queues for different services. During month ends its a No-go area as you will spend the rest of your day looking for a mere bank statement. You seldom find anyone on the floor to assist with any queries so you end up joining the same long queue just to ask a question. The branch has recently been revamped for better service but instead it went from better to worse. There are about 12 cubicles for client services but you will find only 3 consultants available on busy days like month ends. Thank there is internet banking atleast i can do self service but i feel sorry for those who don't have access to it so they go through more torture at that branch.
