I went to the Nedbank branch in Bellville today to get a new card as mine expired. Although I work for an opposition bank, I have never had complaints about Nedbank or the branches until now. All your other branches have undergone a revamp, but this one is still old and outdated, and the staff here are very unhelpful. The floor manager not once consulted a single person in the enquiries qeue which was about 15 or more people. Not a very pleasant experience!
