WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED AT CAPITEC CARLTON CENTRE TODAY AT 12:15. UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT GET THE CONSULTANT"S NAME BUT MY CONCERN IS NOT ON THE CONSULTANT BUT THE BRANCH ITSELF, I HAD TO STAND ON A LONG QUE TO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR MY CHILD, ONLY WHEN I GET TO THE TELLER I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO CHANGE AS I WAS HAVING R400 AND WANTED TO DEPOSIT R350, I WAS TOLD BY THE TELLER TO GO LOOK FOR A CHANGE AS CAPITEC DOESNT KEEP MONEY IN THEIR BRANCHES, I HAD TO LEAVE THE BRANCH AND GO TO PICK N PAY AND STAND ON ANOTHER LONG QUE IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE CHANGE AND GO DEPOSIT MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTER AT CAPITEC, I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY ISNT THAT CAPITEC INFORM THEIR CLIENTS THROUGH INTERNET OR PAMPHLETS OR ANY OTHER WAYS OF COMMUNICATION TO COME TO THE BRANCH WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WANT TO DEPOSIT AS THEY DONT KEEP MONEY IN THEIR BRANCHES SO THEY CAN SPARE ALL OF US THE TIME AND ENERGY??? I EVEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS BUT GUESS WHAT, THERE WAS NO MANAGER IN THE BRANCH LET ALONE THE SUPERVISOR, WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED AT CAPITEC TODAY I ALWAYS THOUGHT CAPITEC WAS BETTER WITH SERVICE BUT NOW I SEE THE IMPORTANCE OF GOING OTHER BANKS.
