I went to a standard bank ATm queen street Kensington JHB, when I entered my pin it would only accept 4 digits of the 5 so I did it again still not. a guy came and said push this and tapped on the screen I pushed him away and cancelled my transaction, they had manipulated the ATM so it would not take my full pin and jammed my card. I called to stop card while I was on call they drew R5000 from my account. My limit has always been R1500. On Friday I drove past the atm saw the same guy there quickly phoned line said someone will call me back still waiting! Now they called to say I am a victim of crime and SB will not pay me back. I have been a client for more than 20 years paid tens of thousand in interest and bank charges. Pathetic!!!
You cannot give me proof that I never increased my daily limit to 5000??
How do I appeal and fight this??
