Tried to Draw money but access denied 5 times

I am the holder of an Elite Plus Credit/MasterCard. I have been having problems with service since day one on withdrawals. Had to wait in line for 2 hours to see consultant to change the daily and monthly limits. Still did not work. Spent almost an hour with call centre and still no assistance. I drew the first R4000 from the ATM on June 16.MOnthly limit is R8000 and daily limit is R4000.Today I went to draw at Fourways Crossing ATM and funds refused saying I was over daily limit. Tried two other ATMs and same story. Went into bank and was told withdrwawal rolls over so I need to change my daily limit to R5K.Waited for 30 minutes in line to do this with the sms to prove same. Was told to try after 30 minutes. I tried and nothing, then an hour later and still nothing but comment stating I have exceeded daily limit on withdrawal. I just give up as had to use my old plusplan card to withdraw R1000 and pay the bank charges, The bank is beibg run like a circus and the management are the biggest clowns. I want a refund for the service charges from the PLusplan withdrwawal today due to STD bank incompetence and failutre to deliver. Unhappy customer.
