Ombudsman is my next step

My source give me a wrong account number to paid in R5000.00 on the 16 January 2014 at 13:33. I went straight to Capitec Bank that same day and i talk to Mr. Martin Branch Manager of Capitec Bank Silverton Pretoria. They stop or block the account. Miss M. Kgatle cant draw the money. Everyday and today is the 7 day i phone Capitec Bank to find out what is going on. I have to wait another 7days for a transfer to another account. In total it is 14 days that i wait to receive my money. The lady Miss. M Kgatle is staying in the UK and i ask Jamie at Capitec Head Office to contact her to give permission to release the money. Jamie told me they are not allowed to make international calls. I insist for help please, i cant wait another 7 days for my own money. Could you please help me to sort this problem.
