Disappointment of Credit Card

I have been a client with Standard bank for the past 2 years, recently wanted to upgrade my credit card which did happen only after 2 weeks. Upon my receive of my credit card my limit was not increase i was aware of this as the call centre agent informed me of this. I then called the call centre and managed to speak to somone who then told me i qualify for R62500 i said i would like it to be on 100 000. If this application fails for the R100 000 i would accept R62500 as the call centre agent asked me how much would i like not what i qualify for.

I then forwarded her my 3 months bank statement and Payslip which she said i will get a call in 3 Days, i got a call this morning saying i have been declined due to my monthly expenses which is R5000 and i earn R50000 Per month.

My own Bank Gave me a limit of R250 000 on my credit card upgrade application. I am extremely upset that the lady told me that i must try a call back in 6 months for another limit increase. Not even give me a lower Amount i would like this issue resolve to my satisfaction as soon as possible or you will loose a very good client and i will take my business to another bank
