Forex Recipient Cheque - No clarity

I recently had FNB issue a Forex cheque for the HCPC in the UK in pounds as this is their payment policy.

My application was sent to the UK via registered post and did not reach it's destination. I'm unable to track the package and the Royal Post in the UK verified that it did not reach the UK.

Hence I had to cancel the Forex cheque. Upon calling the Premier Lounge agent I was notified that my cheque had been cashed, not by the HPCP. Which is impossible as it is made out to HCPC. Thus I'm unsure if she had the right information. They transferred me to Forex agent Mr Musikedi Ndlovu whom informed me that there is nothing they can do. I insisted that this is impossible and the cheque needs to be cancelled as only the HPCP can cash this cheque. They informed me that the matter is out of their hands and I should lay a complaint with the SAPS. They transferred me to general banking who transferred me back to Forex. This time I in sited to talk to Rosseta the manager, Lintigue her second in charge was available and assisted. He informed me that I needed to fill in an indemnity and he'd send it via email. I'm still awaiting correspondence in this urgent matter!
