Depositing a foreign check is a Nightmare with Fn

I deposited a cheque from America on 31 May 2013. I have been waiting for some feedback and have for nothing so finally called to follow up. Michele from fnb pavilion followed up with forex I think and have come back with this answer.

We couldn't process the cheque because it has 2 names on it. So we have to follow up with the bank in America she cannot tell me how long it will take and said forex could not say how long it would take..

She has no idea how long this could take! Nobody has contacted me at all! It was a wedding present so that's why it had 2 names. It's only 100 dollars not a huge cheque I'm depositing.

This is the second time I have had problems depositing a cheque from America, seems to be trend with Fnb and foreign cheques.

Please can someone help me!!!
