Poor service on banking a US Dollar cheque

We have deposited a US Dollar cheque at the Montana Branch on 29 January we where informed that the process will take 8 weeks to get the cheque cleared and converted. Yesturday we phone the Jnb Forex department and an email was sent through to the Forex department (which still did not respond) to see if we can get special clearance and if the process was progressing. We traced the cheque back to the Montana Branch. INothing was done by the branch to sent it through to the Forex department in Jhb. Now we were informmed that it will take 8 to 10 weeks but 2 weeks already passed and nothing was done the cheque is still at the branch. We can now see the Manager of the Montana Branch on Friday but then another week has passed and it is not guaranteed that he can do anything to speed up the process. This is the worst service ever received from FNB and we are very disappointed that no one can assist and that the cheque are still with Donald at the Montana branch
