Last week, inbound FOREX deal, before entering the certificate password and accepting terms and conditions, I clicked away from the FOREX tab, the deal was accepted, although I was calling through for a better rate. I then reported this to the FOREX desk, they informed me I would get a call back, NEVER happened. I then reported this to @RBjacobs, NO response.
Businesses and FOREX dealers beware, FNB has a MAJOR security breach!
This level of service is unacceptable especially when FNB charges ridiculous prices to do FOREX deals
