Wire transfer done 28 Feb 2013

It's been more than one month since I made a wire transfer from my American bank account and it's still not in my bank FNB cheque account.

I have supplied all information to assist you with solving this problem.

I've been in contact with Crista Blom & Vuyo Maqungu from FNB Private Banking as I am a private banking client, have not received any updates.

I have also send Sylvia Setswe at forex 2 e-mails where she has not taken the time even to reply to me.

I've been charged for unpaid in my cheque account while I wait for this matter to be resolved.

According to FNB Forex a wire transfer should take 5-7 days only.
