Hi, I would like to complain on behalf of my Aunt. Her son died last year February and he was involve in a car accident, now his claim from RFA was issued and my aunt got a cheque from her son's attorney to take it to the bank as she is the beneficiary of the claim. My aunt then took the cheque to FNB for clearance in November 2013, she was told that the cheque will be cleared within 7 days. After 7 days she went to FNB and she was told that she can't get the money she needs to apply for a cheque book, first and fore most my aunt can't right how is she going to use the cheque book and the amount is less than R50 000.00 and she was also told that since her son passed away she can't get the money unless she apply for the cheque book, however she did apply for the cheque book same time and she was told that it will be delivered within another 7 days. The cheque book came back in her son's name and it also state that my aunt is the one who is dead. Till today my aunt has not receive any money that she is entitle to as a new cheque book had to be ordered again. From November 2013 till January 2014 of frustration for my Aunt Easter Noki Mabe of Pimville Soweto, 0717252238.
