No response on global payment

I did Forex global transaction online last month 09/09/2013 which is INR 20000.00 and deduct 12/09/2013 from my cheque saving account (R3258.39) till now my wife did't received money in India Account.

I have been send email twice [Email Removed] to get feedback whats going on the transaction, no reply from FNB Forex department, i also tried call center number but no response.

I also transfer the payment past few months ago where i am dis-pointed, this is my 2nd time also same i will never connect again with FNB Forex to send money overseas, this is very poor class service.

I request to hello peter to short it my mater with FNB Forex ASAP
