FNB FOREX BAD SERVICE

I made a forex payment and after 3 weeks it has still not been paid. Kyle Annamalay from the forex department keeps giving me the runaround. Paul Engelbrecht is in hiding and is unreachable.

The FNB forex department has demonstrated great incompetence and dismal customer care. I also find the FNB Premier Suite offers no premier service, just a standard call centre.
