My concerns have not been addressed!

Paul Duncan is the CEO & Exco complaints adjudicator of ABSA bank. I initially lodged a complaint about my internet banking charges, but had no resolution. I was treated very badly by George Willemberg, the area manager of Absa bank Cape Town/Northern Suburbs, and Wafeequah Amod, the manager at the N1 City branch. I then escalated the complaint to Paul Duncan, detailing my treatment by these two employees, via email. The only issue he addressed was the bank charges! WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING EMAIL AS A POINT OF CONCTACT, IF THESE EMAILS ARE NOT READ CORRECTLY? Not once have I had an apology for the way I have been treated, from any of the staff concerned. I even contacted Shammimar Ros, who is George Willameberg's manager, but nothing has been forthcoming from her either. I was even told by Wafeequah Amod that Absa Baqnk's legal department had advised her not to reply to me! I am also fed up with getting replies to my complaints via from Rezona Louw, again with no response or feedback! Who is Rezona Louw, and why no contact?
