Still no response from ABSA

ABSA has still not responded to my previous complaint, see https:///absa/complaints/unauthorised-debit-orders-and-no-help-forthcoming-1053197. It seems that not even a third party can coerce this bank into action. Where are the humans that work for ABSA? Their public interface seems to consist entirely of dead end phone lines and automated email responses!!
