Uncaring attitude

Despite my previous complaint, I am yet to receive any feedback from Absa. I am fed up with the way I have been treated by Wafeeqah Amod & George Willamberg, no apology has been received from either of them. I was even told by Wafeeqah that Absa's legal department advised her not to contact me, and she is the branch manager!! I received a call last week from Shammimar Ros, and was told someone would contact me - I am still waiting! I even asked for the nexxt in command to Shammimar, as I am prepared to take this to the highest level, but these contact details have ot been given to me. I am not prepared to take this treatment anymore. Somebody must be held accountable.
