What started out as a dispute over bank charges, which has not been resolved, has now "blown up" to the following:
Whilst trying to resolve the above, with the 3 named staff, they have not answered my emails, and still insist on refering to the bank charges. I am now fed up with their attitude, and the way they have dealt with me - discourteous and trying to lay the blame on me! I had to go and see Wafeequah Amod today as I do not get replies to emails, and was told by her that Absa's legal department has told her not to reply. She told me to expect a call from Shamimar. I have sent 5 emails to Shamimar, 6 to Wafeequah & 4 to the resolve department - no replies from any of them. I am also waiting for a response from Rezona Louw. I am not prepared to accept treatment like this from staff anymore, and something must be done about it!
