So I have been spending my whole morning phoning around trying to get assistance with a payment that needs to get done and as soon as someone answers the phone and I explain my problem I get the same response; "Could you please call the following number? "

Well I started my Adventure and followed the following route:

0860 109799 (Never answered)
0860 151151 (Even thou I had a question about international payments they referred me back to the following number.)

Then last I was asked to talk to the debit department and phoned the last number on my list - 011 843 2534. The lady on the line asked me so I want a personal loan after I told her the college I am studying at needs to do a once of debit order!

All of this for one simple question and incompetence that wasted my time (and time is money) the entire morning. This has been the worst service I have ever seen from a company. How can they work with my money if they cannot even answer a simple question?

Q: I have a TJEK account; I study by a college in the United Kingdom, They need to debit my account with a once-off amount. But they keep on getting the error - Payment not Authorized.

What should I do!?
