Lack of feedback

I will like to find out if ABSA do respond to queries or is Rezona Louw an automated response to enquires. I must say is one of the worst service providers when it comes to complaints raised by the clients. I think I must start looking for bank which values my concerns, rather than one which just sends automated responses
