It is frustrating that absa bond department and its policies is antiquated . complained at branch level had failed to give me satisfaction and Maria Ramos replied to my problem was not acceptable and replies to my email was not forth coming. it is as though there is no respect shown to the man on the street. Absa presents itself as a bully and there is no one that one can talk to on a one on one bases, everything is done via email.it is sad that emails are not acknowledged and responses are not given especially to Busani from the bond department in Quateng. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsmen, and will lodge a complaint to consumer counsel and failing which, i am a member of legal wised and i will lodge a legal dispute with absa bank bond department.
