I am on hold whilst querying a greenbacks transaction.
and would like to make a complaint.
greenbacks is money back, a saving,
when you are trying to redeem such points but it wont work and you
end up on your third call to the call centre and spending in excess
of R120 on cellphone bills trying to "save money" you realize why
people want to change banks.
Nedbank dont call me until you have repaid my cellcosts for your useless helpline
