Impossible to spend Greenbacks

Nedbank offer a way to reduce bank fees by paying some of the charges with Greenbacks. Just try and do this. You log on and try to buy this reward and they say you dont have enough greenbacks. I have in excess of 25000
points and I want spend 3000. Ithink they want you to by coffee pots and flowers and not reduce your bank charges
