Small business call centre unavailable

I need information about two payments made into my account.

I've tried using the small business call centre 4 times but can't get through. The number I am using is 0860 040 302.

I've been trying since the last week in April but each time the call centre volumes are high or no one answers the phone. Last time I waited for 20 minutes but gave up when no one picked up.

Is it possible to get a number to call so that someone can help me?
