Poor Customer Service

I have been a customer of Altech Netstar for a good number of years. They happily deduct the monthly debit order... try to get hold of them... I have phoned their call centre numerous times this week, have waited on average 15 minutes before hanging up, have sent emails - no response, spoken to a consultant 'Joseph' who said he would get someone to call me... still waiting.

After 13 minutes today eventually got hold of Sharon who assisted me and had to put me through to Sales to complete call... epic fail call dropped, have now been holding for 10 minutes "Our consultants are all busy... We are currently experiencing high call volumes" B S... maybe its time to move to Tracke
