Like brain surgery to get an average interest rate

It shouldn't be brain surgery to get an average interest rate?

I was on the phone for more than 30min to the call centre, and head office, and no one could help me and then I gave up. 0860 111 515 and 011 350 4000 and 021 415 5700.

All I wanted was an indication of the average interest rate over the last 90 days for a Savings Call Account for a small business? (February, March & April 2013). For the amount of R180 000.

The best they could do was suggest I go into a branch to get this information - why would I waste my time to go stand in a que if I only want an indication of this average rate?? Extremely frustrating service from ABSA.
