Callcentre unable to assist

I am a small business owner who has had my email which was hosted by Telkom deactivated. It took 3 days and hours of phone calls to various call centres for my account to be reactivated. The account worked for 4 days but has since stopped working. I have since been passed from one call centre agent to another for most of today and have still not have had one person assist. I have asked to speak to call centre supervisors but none are available. I have also tried call the customer care centre but the number no longer exists. I have been given phone numbers of call centre supervisors only to find that no-one answers these numbers. Not having access to my emails is impacting negatively on my business and I urgently need to resolve this issue.
