Ever since I joined Multipy I am spending so much of my time and money trying to fix their mess which is not fair to me as a client. There are unauthorised debits going off my account all the time of which Momentum Multiply cannot even answer for. To cut the story short my account was debited two weeks back and when i contact them they cant even explain to me what the debit is for. Every time when i enquire i am being told that we are still investigating which is not good enough, does their investigations take a whole month?
Momentum please sort out your mess or cancell my policies, i need my money to be refunded asap.
