NO FEEDBACK!!

My claim was placed on the 16.02.2013, i was initially told that it would take 6-8 weeks for the entire process to be completed, it is now 3 months later!!! I keep calling Outsurance and they keep giving me poor excuses that the claim was not submitted as yet due to the claim handler getting a promotion.. PATHETIC! I am tired of waiting, all i want to do is to fix my car, the entire process is a nightmare. I will never recommend Outsurance to anyone. The staff do not keep there clients informed of the process, i keep having to call the contact centre. Outsurance is not customer focused at all, i am fedup, if my claim does not get paid out today i will escalate this matter to the media. This entire process was not easy, enjoyable or convenient, no empathy was shown by the claims agents that i dealt with.

I trust that this matter WILL be sorted out by the close of business TODAY!!!
