Debited for incorrect amounts!!

Momentum Multiply - part of the Momentum, I switched from Discovery Vitality to Momentum Multiply because of my medical aid. Firstly they debited my bank account (UNAUTHORISED) on the incorrect agreed date in January. Then in February they debited me for the wrong amount. (four times the normal amount). I contacted them, and they said I had requested a change in my gym status. When I contacted the gym, it was clear that my status had never changed since January! I am now fed up of having to phone the Multiply contact centre when I have not done a thing wrong and simple, agreed upon instructions cannot be followed by Moomentum.
