Double-Double Debit on my Account

I received SMS informing me of double debit of Momentum Multiply debit order and that all amounts will be refunded. Well, only part of the amount was refunded and when I queried it, was informed that it was an oversight. Apology, but the money will be refunded to you. So now I will wait patiently for my money (this incident was this morning). I wonder how many members were "caught" like this? If I didn't query this, nothing would have happened.

I have just received notification from my bank that another amount of R2520 was debited now!!! Why, what is this for? And guess what? Momentum Multiply Call centre is closed till Monday!! I have to wait the next 3 days before I can query this on Monday, then another day or two for the refund!!! It's a long week-end and Momentum has just taken my money out of my account! I am absolutely livid!!! Who is paying for all the debit order costs??
