Incorrect Debiting of Account

My account was incorrectly debited R1200 for a Woolworths voucher on 08/08/2013 by Momentum Multiply and as such, my account was put into negative arrears due to this unplanned deduction. The amount was refunded on 12/08/2013 in two payments of R600. While I am satisified with this speedy resolution from Momentum Multiply, my account has also been debited by FNB on 15/08/2013 for an incidental credit fee of R57.00 and interest of R2.11. As such, Momentum Multiply should cover these additional bank fees that were incurred as the amount of R1200 was incorrectly debited from my account due to a processing error on Momentum Multiply's side.

Please advise as to a resolution for this.
