Momentum - I wish I'd never joined

In December Bankmed migrated from Vitality to Momentum. We were promised a smooth and hassle free transition. I completed all paperwork and submitted ahead of time. Momentum so far has not delivered on a single thing they have promised. Despite submitting required documentation, I was still charged the full membership by virgin who informed me that my switch from Vitality to Momentum had not taken place. When I contacted Momentum they told me I had to do this conversion myself.

I contacted Virgin and did the change myself. I contacted Virgin again (about 2 weeks later) to enquire about refunding my fees. Their answer was that Momentum had STILL not processed my mutiply membership.

Today Momentum debitted my account twice, neither amounts corresponding with what I should be charged. Call centre agent was unable to explain these amounts and told me that the transition had not occurred the way it should have and the system says I am only a Multiply member as of yesterday.

Seriously considering losing the gym discount to get rid of Momentum
