MOMENTUM AND THEIR CLIENT JRT ARE BEING "SNEAKY"

JRT driver crashed into my car a week ago (he has his own version of the story). I liaised with JRT and sent them a detailed email of what happened including pictures. I get a call from momentum today (namile is the consultant) asking my side of the story and if I have witnesses. Once I had furnished her with all the detail she thanks me and attempts to end the call to my surprise. I asked her what will happen next (referring to my car) and she says shes only dealing with the damages caused to JRT's vehicle and that if I need to sort out my car I need to contact momentum legal myself. the number she gave me is incorrect.

THE POINT IM MAKING HERE IS THAT I DONT CARE ABOUT THE JRT VEHICLE OR WHAT HAPPENS TO IT. IM CONCERNED ABOUT MOMENTUM SORTING OUT MY CAR AS PER WHAT JRT INDICATED TO ME. CAN SOMEONE MAKE CONTACT SO WE CAN SORT OUT THIS MESS ASAP
