I have made a request to change my debit order date to the 1st of every month due to the debit order that goes down before i have received my salary but the consultant that helped me could not verify if the change can be made. On the 30 May 2013 the debit order when down like usually and 2 day the 2nd May 2013 I saw that the debit order when down again so it is now 2 debit order for the month, so i phoned Nedbank Personal Loans to make the correction and give my money back but the consultant told me that they cant because i made the debit order change but i haven't even received a conformation that it was change. I was put through to other department that can possibly help me but my call keeps being cut of so i am done phoning. I want my money back before the end of day or i will take further action against Nedbank. Antoinette
