WHY HAVE ARRANGEMENTS

I HAVE TWO PERSONAL LOANS WITH NEDBANK I AM IN ARREARS WITH BOTH LOANS DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND MY CONTROL. HOWEVER I AM WELL AWARE THAT THE MONEY IS OUTSTANDING AND EVERY MONTH I MAKE A PAYMENT TO THEM EVEN THOUGH I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY THE FULL INSTALLMENTS I STILL MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO PAY WHAT I CAN. I AM NOT DENYING THAT I OWE THE MONEY. IN THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER I WAS CONTACTED BY THE CALL CENTRE AND TRANSFERRED THROUGH TO THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS DEPARTMENT I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAVE TO MAKE A REPAYEMENT OF AT LEASE 60% OF EACH INSTALLMENT DUE IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME BUT I AGREED TO PAY /- R1700.00 THIS AGREEMENT WAS FOR NOVEMBER, DECEMBER AND JANUARY WHEN MY SALARY WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT THE 2 FULL INSTALMENTS AMOUNTING TO /- R3000.00 WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I HAD REQUESTED FOR A CREDIT OF THE DIFFERENCE AS THEY HAD MADE AN AGREEMENT BUT IT WAS DENIED. AFTER GOING BACK ON THE AGREEMENT THEY NOW EXPECT ME TO MAKE A NEW AGREEMENT AND THEY SAY THEY WILL ONLY DEBIT THE AMOUNT AGREED UPON. WHY SHOULD I TRUST THEM. I AM VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED AND DISATISFIED WITH NEDBANK. I HAVE TO BUY FOOD FOR MY HOME WHICH I AM UNABLE TO DO DUE TO THIS DEBIT.
